Vijayaa Steels takes care of the higher education of the children of its 200 employees and 150 additional contractual labourers.  In addition, it also provides jobs to one family member of any retired employee.  It maintains a balance with the ecosystem and the plant at Neelmangala is among the greenest in the country with the lowest pollution levels making it a truly eco-friendly plant.

The Group has built provided their employees and labourers with houses equipped with 24 hour water supply and other modern amenities, within the plant itself. In addition Vijayaa Steels has invested in building good roads, in and around Neelmangala for the local population, further fulfilling its civic responsibility.
